Product Description

It is usually a customized model because different factories have different requirments for Z aixs stroke.  We can make it fit the IMMs factories are using and  satisfy the stroke needed.
The main machine structure adopts high rigidity design, stable structure,small vibration and high durability,  it adopts high-precision linear guide and belt drive, fast speed and low noise.
The upper and lower strokes are 800/950/1000/1200/1300mm, each axis is driven by a high-performance AC servo motor, with ultra-high-speed removal time.
Each axis is equipped with a limit switch, and anti-collision devices are installed at the terminal positions in each direction to effectively prevent loss of control. The perfect hardware and software dual protection function ensures the safe operation of the injection molding machine and the robot.
