Product Description

YLFS3-NPW150/190-E2 is designed for picking and placing heavier products than normal robot models. It fits IMMs with a tonnage within 350-2000t, and the max load can be 25kg.
The difference between it and our heavy type robot is that its lighter design allows it to perform better when picking up and placing products of 12-25kg.
The main robot structure adopts high rigidity design, stable structure,small vibration and high durability,  it adopts high-precision linear guide and belt drive, fast speed and low noise.
Each axis is equipped with a limit switch, and anti-collision devices are installed at the terminal positions in each direction to effectively prevent loss of control. The perfect hardware and software dual protection function ensures the safe operation of the injection molding machine and the robot.
